C-type Lectin domain family member 2, officially designated CLEC-1b, is a type II transmembrane protein that has a single carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD)in its C-terminal extracellular domain. It is transcribed from the NK gene complex and is expressed in the liver. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing allophycocyanin conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Allophycocyaninconjugates are sensitive to light.
