Anti-CD40 (PE)

The specificity of CD40 antibody was demonstrated by ELISA and flow cytometry using BHK cells transfected with mouse CD40. CD40 is a powerful activator of normal B cells especially in the presence of IL-4. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Ag8 myeloma cells with spleen cells from LOU/c rats. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4°C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
