Anti-CD40 (PE)

CD40 is involved in the process of B cell selection in germinal centers and is vital in T cell-B cell interactions. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: NS1 cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice , Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-84B2: IgG2a Negative Control, Murine (PE), Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
