Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized LOU/c rats were fused with cells of the Ag8 mouse myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-83M1: Rat IgG2a Negative Control, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
