Anti-CD32 (Fc gamma Receptor II, FcRII, Monocyte Activation Antigen gp40) (Biotin)

Human CD32 exists in at least six isoforms originating from three different genes (FcgRII A, B and C). The CD32 molecule is a low affinity receptor for immune complexed IgG and has signal-transducing capabilities involved with humoral and cell-mediated immune responses. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml, 80ul labels 5x10e5 cells., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Flow Cytometry Procotol: 1. 5x10e5 cultured human Raji cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of C2384-02B at 10ug/ml. , 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2º reagent Streptavidin/R-PE (S7973-88P)., 3. The cells were then washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. , 4. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.26 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/Biotin negative control at a similar concentration. , 5. Binding was blocked when cells were pre-incubated 10 minutes with 20ul of 0.5mg/ml C2384-02A. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
