Product information "Anti-CD301 (CD301 Antigen, C-type Lectin Domain Family 10 Member A, CLEC10A, CLECSF13, C-type Lectin"
CD301 is a 38kD cell surface protein that is otherwise known as macrophage galactose N-acetylgalactosamine lectin (MGL) or dendritic cell asialoglycoprotein (DC-ASGPR). , In mice, CD301 is predominantly expressed on mature macrophages found associated with a wide range of connective tissues including macrophages in the dermis and the pancreas. Expression of CD301 is induced by alternative (i.e. IL-4/IL-13 mediated) activation of macrophages and dendritic cells, but not all CD301 positive cells are necessarily IL-4/IL-13 stimulated. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Heat mediated antigen retrieval is required prior to staining paraffin-embedded sections using citrae buffer, pH 6.0., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. , Hybridoma: Rat Y3-Ag1.2.3 myeloma cells fused with cells from immunized rats. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
