Anti-CD26 (DPP IV, Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV), clone 3H1166

CD26 is a cell surface antigen. It is a 110kD molecule expressed by activated T cells, B cells and macrophages. It is also known as dipeptidylpeptidase IV. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood., Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
