Anti-CD24 (GPI-linked surface Mucin, Nectadrin), Phycoerythrin conjugated 5K10

CD24 is a phosphatidylinositol-linked cell surface glycoprotein that is expressed at all stages of B cell development and on most thymocytes. The absence of expression from mature T cells is closely associated with their maturation from CD4+CD8+CD24+ thymocytes to either CD4+CD8-CD24- or CD4-CD8+CD24- T cells. CD24 is also present on mouse granulocytes, monocytes, Langerhans cells and erythrocytes. Its ligand is P-selectin (CD62P). CD24 may play a role in regulation of B cell proliferation and differentiation, and it has been proposed that heat stable antigen promotes homotypic adhesion between B lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: <0.3ug/10e6 cells, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
