Product information "Anti-CD200 Ligand, Low Endotoxin (OX2)"
CD200 is expressed by a subset of B lymphocytes, some endothelial cells and by neurons. Recent studies have suggested that the CD200-CD200 ligand system is of importance in the control of macrophage and granulocyte activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10-1:200, 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
