Anti-CD154 (CD40 Ligand, CD40L, TRAP), clone 3H1894

CD154 was formerly known as CD40 ligand (CD40L). It is also known as gp39, a transmembrane glycoprotein. It is a type II integral membrane protein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family of ligands. CD154 is expressed by activated T-cells and serves an important function in T-APC cognate interaction through binding to CD40 on B cells, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
