Anti-CD15 (Alpha-(1,3)-fucosyltransferase, ELAM-1 Ligand Fucosyltransferase, ELAM Ligand Fucosyltran

CD15 is a branched polysaccharide (3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine, 3-FAL) found on a number of glycolipids and glycoproteins. CD15 is expressed on human peripheral blood monocytes and granulocytes, including neutrophils and eosinophils. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use with Frozen and paraffin sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2.0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
