Anti-CD147 (Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer, Basigin, Neurothelin) (azide free), clon

CD147 cell surface antigen is a 50-60kD glycoprotein also known as neurothelin and basigin. CD147 is broadly expressed on peripheral blood cells and by endothelial cells. Expression upon T cells is increased following activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, 10ul labels 10e6 cells or cells or 100ul whole blood., Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
