Anti-Cancer Antigen CA19-9

Carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) is a protein that exists on the surface of certain cells and is the most frequently used tumor markers in the clinical setting of cancer. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0-1000U/ml, Western Blot: 1: 5000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
