Anti-BRCC-36 (BRCA1/BRCA2-containing Complex Subunit 36, BRCC36, BRCA1/BRCA2-containing Complex Subu

BRCC36 (BRCA1/BRCA2-containing complex, subunit 36) is a holoenzyme complex containing BRCA1, BRCA2. BRCC36 is an ubiquitin E3 ligase complex that has a role in DNA repair and enhances cellular survival following DNA damage. This protein is also thought to be involved in the cellular response to ionizing radiation and progression through the G2/M checkpoint. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
