Anti-BANK1, ID (B-cell Scaffold Protein With Ankyrin Repeats)

BANK1 is a B-cell-specific scaffold protein and LYN (MIM 165120) tyrosine kinase substrate that promotes tyrosine phosphorylation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Western Blot: 1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
