Anti-Agrin, clone 2Q17

Agrin is a neuronal aggregating factor that induces the aggregation of acetylcholine receptors and other postsynaptic proteins on muscle fibers and is crucial for the formation of the neuromuscular junction. Applications: Suitable for use n Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
