Protein function: Orphan receptor that regulates migration of lymphatic endothelial cells in vitro via the small GTPases RhoA and CDC42 (PubMed:24178298). Regulates B-cell development. Seems to signal through G-alpha(q)-proteins (PubMed:22575658). [The UniProt Consortium] Validated by orthogonal and standard strategies. Buffer: The antibodies are delivered in 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative.
