Anti-ACTN2 (Alpha-actinin-2, Alpha-actinin Skeletal Muscle Isoform 2, F-actin Cross-linking Protein)

F-actin cross-linking protein which is thought to anchor actin to a variety of intracellular structures. This is a bundling protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml, Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
