Product information "Anti-8-Oxoguanine DNA Glycosylase (OGG1)"
Human 8-Oxoguanine DNA Glycosylase (hOGG1) is involved in the excision of 7, 8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine produced as a result of DNA damage. This gene has been localized on human chromosome 3p25. Several forms of hOGG protein have been cloned differing in lengths (351-424 aa) (1). Applications: ELISA (1:10-50K, using 50-100ng control peptide/well. See O5700-25A.) , , Storage and Stability:, May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
