Anti-NR2B Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with NR2B from human, mouse, and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against NR2A. Cross-reactivity with NR2B from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research. In concert with DAPK1 at extrasynaptic sites, acts as a central mediator for stroke damage.
