DNA-Leitern
Diese Produkte zeigen wahre Größe: Bei DNA-Leitern handelt es sich um Gemische aus DNA-Fragmenten mit unterschiedlicher, bekannter Länge. Als Marker dienen sie bei der Agarose-Gelelektrophorese zur Größenbestimmung und groben Quantifizierung der aufgetragenen DNA. Eine Standard-DNA-Leiter enthält Fragmente zwischen 100 bis 10.000 Basenpaaren. Darüber hinaus können spezielle Leitern bei bestimmten Fragment-Längen ihren Schwerpunkt haben und somit eine genauere Größenbestimmung ermöglichen.
