Mutant Specific Rabbit Monoclonal Antibodies
In this flyer, you will find mutant-specific rabbit monoclonal antibodies for EGFR (L858R), EGFRvIII and IDH1 (R132H). The L858R missense mutation is one of the most common EGFR mutations in advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and is associated with the response of clinical inhibitor drugs. The EGFRvIII mutation is tumorigenic and associated with various cancers, including lung cancer, highgrade glioma and glioblastoma. The R132H mutation in IDH1 can be used as an important diagnostic marker to help differentiate infiltrating glioma from gliosis, and as a useful prognostic marker for glioma and secondary glioblastome multiforme. Released April 2021.
Human Histone H3 Mutation Antibodies
Histone mutations have been identified in multiple cancers and demonstrated potential as a useful diagnostic tool. The Histone Mutation Antibodies of RevMAb Biosciences have been extensively validated in a variety of applications, including IHC, WB, ICC, ELISA, and ChIP. Histone H3 K27M mutation is linked to diffuse midline glioma, and H3 K36M is closely associated with chondroblastoma. H3.3 G34 mutations are common in giant cell tumors of bone and glioblastoma. Released April 2021.
