Anti-STK38L, CT (Serine/Threonine-protein Kinase 38-like, NDR2 Protein Kinase, Nuclear Dbf2-related

STK38L contains 12 protein kinase catalytic subdomains and a potential bipartite nuclear localization signal. Northern blot analysis revealed expression of a 3.9-kb transcript in all tissues tested, with the possible exception of adult brain. Highest expression was in peripheral blood leukocytes. Immunoblot and immunofluorescence microscopy demonstrated predominantly nuclear expression of a 55-kD protein. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 , Western Blot: 1:250-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
