Anti-Integrin, alpha 1 (ITGA1, CD49a, CD49a Antigen, Laminin and Collagen Receptor, Very Late Activa

The human alpha 1 integrin sub-unit forms the VLA-1 heterodimer in association with the beta 1 integrin. VLA-1 is a receptor for collagen and laminin, and is expressed by chronically activated T cells, melanoma cells and smooth muscle cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, 5ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
