Anti-CCR4, NT (Chemokine Receptor 4, CC-CKR-4)

Chemokine receptors are specialized proteins that function at the surface of cells, and enable chemokines to trigger internal cellular processes. Chemokines and their receptors play a pivotal role in lymphocyte trafficking, recruiting and recirculation. Chemokines act through seven transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors. The chemokine system is increasingly recognized to play an important role in lymphocyte biology. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:25,000 , Western Blot: 1:500 , Immunohistochemistry: 1:250 , Flow Cytometry: 2ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul , Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. P4073-51, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
