Product information "Anti-CCK4, NT (Tyrosine-protein Kinase-like 7, Colon Carcinoma Kinase-4, CCK-4, Protein-tyrosine Kin"
PTK7 may function as a cell adhesion molecule. Although it belongs to the insulin receptor subfamily of Tyr protein kinases, it likely lacks the catalytic activity of a tyrosine kinase. It may be connected to the pathophysiology of colon carcinomas and/or may represent a tumor progression marker. This Type I membrane protein is highly expressed in lung, liver, pancreas, kidney, placenta and melanocytes, and it is weakly expressed in thyroid gland, ovary, brain, heart and skeletal muscle, and not in colon. Expression is also detected in erythroleukemia cells. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
