Our matched pair anti-CEA antibody. , Western Blot: 25ng/ml antigen can be detected using 100ng/ml antibody , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: C1299-87D, Dectection: C1299-87X, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, PBS, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
