Product information "Anti-Adrenergic Receptor, alpha 1b (A1bAR, ADRA1B)"
ADRA1B, also known as the alpha-1B-adrenergic receptor, is a 90kD 7TM catecholamine receptor with selectivity for epinephrine and norepinephrine. Formation of homo-oligomers and hetero-oligomers with ADRA1A enables receptor internalization following ligand binding. ADRA1B functions in diverse settings including vasoconstriction and myocardial contractility, neuronal dopaminergic responses, dendritic cell migration and inflammatory responses, and neuroendocrine regulation of fertility. Human ADRA1B shares 95% amino acid sequence identity with mouse and rat ADRA1B. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 25ug/ml. Use 10ul of this dilution to label 1-5 x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume <200ul., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. . For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
