Synthetic peptide (KRRRAL[pS]VASLPGL) (linear) , Casein kinase I isoforms are thought to be involved in the response to DNA damage, and casein kinase II is elevated in many types of cancer. Application: Use at 200uM final concentration as a substrate for in vitro Casein Kinase 1d assays. Protein Kinase Assay: At 200uM, this lot was successfully phosphorylated by Casein Kinase 1d. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. ,
