Ac-IETD-CHO (trifluoroacetate salt)

Ac-IETD-CHO is an inhibitor of caspase-8 (IC50 = 5 nM). It inhibits fluticasone propionate-induced increases in apoptosis in peripheral blood T-cells isolated from patients with asthma when used at a concentration 60 µM.
