To be used in conjunction with Cayman's mPGE synthase-2 polyclonal antibody (Catalog No. 160145) to block protein-antibody complex formation during analysis for microsomal PGE synthase-2.Synonyms: Membrane-Associated PGES-2, mPGES-2, mPGE Synthase-2, Prostaglandin H/E Isomerase-2. Amino Acids: amino acids 221-235 (VYGGKEARTEEMKWR). Formulation: (Request formulation change), 200 µg of peptide in 200 µl TBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
