Product information "Thymus and Activation Regulated Chemokine (TARC),human recombinant (rHuTARC)"
Source: , Recombinant corresponding to 71aa human TARC expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~8kD, , Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug TARC. Biological Activity: Determined by measuring concentration dependent chemotaxis with human T cells. A concentration range of 1.0-10.0ng/ml produces significant chemotaxis. The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application. TARC is a b chemokine (C-C chemokine) which is effective for stimulating chemotaxis with T-cells, but is ineffective for stimulating chemotaxis with monocytes. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
