Molecular Weight: ~10.1kD, Biological Activity: The biological activity of MIP-5 was determined by measuring its ability to chemoattract human T-lymphocytes. A concentration range of 1.0-10ng/ml is found to produce significant chemotaxis. MIP-5, also known as Lkn-1 and SCY A15, is a member of the b chemokine (C-C) family. MIP-5 is a chemoattractant for T-lymphocytes, but not for monocytes and granulocytes. Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug , Storage and Stability:, Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
