GSK843

GSK843 is an inhibitor of receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3, IC50 = 6.5 nM). It is selective for RIPK3 over a panel of 300 additional kinases at 1 µM. GSK843 (10 µM) induces apoptosis in L-929 fibroblasts. It inhibits TNF-alpha-induced necroptosis in primary human neutrophils in a concentration-dependent manner. GSK843 (3 µM) also inhibits necrosis induced by the toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) agonist poly (I:C) in IFN-beta-primed 3T3-SA fibroblasts.
