Anti-Progesterone Receptor pS190 Monoclonal Antibody is Protein G purified. This antibody is directed against human progesterone receptor pS190. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with progesterone receptor from mouse, rat and non-human primates based on 100% sequence homology. Protein function: The steroid hormones and their receptors are involved in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression and affect cellular proliferation and differentiation in target tissues.
