Anti-phospho-BRAF, (S445) (Serine/Threonine-protein Kinase B-raf, Proto-oncogene B-Raf, p94, v-Raf M

BRAF is involved in the transduction of mitogenic signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. It may play a role in the postsynaptic responses of hippocampal neuron. Defects in BRAF are a cause of cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC syndrome), and a wide range of cancers such as lung cancer, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and colorectal cancer. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 , Dot Blot: 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
