Anti-TROP-2 (Tumor-associated Calcium Signal Transducer 2 and Lymphocyte Antigen 97, TACSTD2), GA733

TROP-2, also named tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733 tumor associated antigen and epithelial glycoprotein-1 (EGP-1), is a type I transmembrane protein highly expressed in carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells using mIMCD-3 mouse epithelial cell line. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
