Anti-TROP-2 (Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 and lymphocyte antigen 97, TACSTD2), GA733

TROP-2, also named tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733 tumor associated antigen and epithelial glycoprotein-1 (EGP-1), is a type I transmembrane protein highly expressed in carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.25-1ug/10e6 cells using mIMCD-3 mouse epithelial cell line., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
