Anti-TLX1 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Multiple isoforms of TLX1 exist due to alternative splicing events. TLX1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other TLX proteins. Protein function: Participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Mediates detection of bacterial flagellins. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. [The UniProt Consortium]
