Anti-TLR8 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR8 from human and mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR8 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Key component of innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs (Toll-like receptors) control host immune response against pathogens through recognition of molecular patterns specific to microorganisms.
