Anti-TLR5 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR5 from human, rat and mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR5 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Mediates detection of bacterial flagellins. Acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. [The UniProt Consortium]
