Product information "Anti-PDE8A, ID (Q348) (High affinity cAMP-specific and IBMX-insensitive 3',5'-cyclic phosphodiestera"
PDE8A plays a role in signal transduction by regulating the intracellular concentration of cyclic nucleotides. This phosphodiesterase, which has a high affinity for cAMP, may be involved in maintaining basal levels of the cyclic nucleotide and/or in the cAMP regulation of germ cell development. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
