Product information "Anti-LCK, NT (Tyrosine-protein Kinase Lck, Proto-oncogene LCK, Lymphocyte Cell-specific Protein-tyro"
LSK, which belongs to the SRC subfamily of Tyr protein kinases, may participate in antigen-induced T-cell activation. It binds to phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase (PI3K) from T lymphocytes through its SH3 domain and to the tyrosine phosphorylated form of KHDRBS1/p70 through its SH2 domain. LSK is bound to the cytoplasmic domain of either CD4 or CD8. This protein is involved in leukemias by a chromosomal translocation t(1,7)(p34,q34) which involves LCK and T-cell receptor beta chain (TCRB) genes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
