Anti-LAG-3 (blocking) (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223)

Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3, CD223) plays an important role in negatively regulating T cell proliferation, function and homeostasis. It is required for maximal natural and induced regulatory T cell (Treg) function. LAG-3 is closely related to the T cell co-receptor CD4 and binds to MHC class II molecules but with a significantly higher affinity than CD4. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Inhibition, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: Capture, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections, Immunoprecipitation: 10ug/ml, Western Blot: 5ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
