Anti-Interleukin 10, Low Endotoxin (IL-10, Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor, CSIF)

IL-10 is an immunoregulatory cytokine which is expressed by activated CD8+ve peripheral blood T-cells, CD4+ve T-cell clones, B cell lymphomas, activated monocytes and mast cells. This clone is reported to act as a neutralizing antibody (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Functional Assays, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul, Western Blot: 1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Endotoxin: <0.01EU/ug , Storage and Stability:, May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
