Anti-GPR31 (C-Term)

GPR31 is a 319 amino acid G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that acts as the receptor for the arachidonic acid metabolite 12-(S)-hydroxy-5,8,10,14-eicosatetraenoic acid (12(S)-HETE) (Cay-34570). Binding of 12(S)-HETE to GPR31 leads to the activation of ERK1/2 (MAPK3/MAPK1), MEK, and NF-kappaB pathways. The dysregulation of GPR31 has been implicated in diseases such as arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and prostate cancer.Synonyms: G Protein-Coupled Receptor 31, 12(S)-HETE Receptor.
