Anti-GATA3 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Cross reactivity with GATA3 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Transcriptional activator which binds to the enhancer of the T-cell receptor alpha and delta genes. Binds to the consensus sequence 5'-AGATAG-3'.
