Exatecan is a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor that inhibits cancer cell growth in vitro and reduces tumor growth in vivo. It has been used as the cytotoxic payload component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), which have been used to selectively target and destroy cancer cells in vitro and in vivo in animal models. Cayman's Exatecan/Deruxtecan Monoclonal Antibody (Clone 1B2) can be used for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications.
