Product information "Anti-EDG3 (Sphingosine 1-phosphate Receptor 3, S1P Receptor 3, S1P3, Endothelial Differentiation G-p"
EDG3 is a member of the EDG family of receptors, which are G protein-coupled receptors. This protein has been identified as a functional receptor for sphingosine 1-phosphate and likely contributes to the regulation of angiogenesis and vascular endothelial cell function. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
