Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/ml showed positive immunostaining for Integrin 3 (CD61) in HuVec cells fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by permeabilization with 0.25% Triton X-100. , Western Blot: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in WM852 and 1205Lu whole cell extracts (1,2). , Immunohistochemistry: Detects Integrin 3 (CD61) in malignant melanoma sections (1)., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
